No returns accepted without prior authorization.
Return shipping charges to be paid by customer and merchandise must be sent back PREPAID.

No returns accepted without return authorization number (RAN#).
Returns have to be shipped out within 7 days after return approval number has been emitted.

If package is broken or damaged, please contact the Delivery Carrier for claims.

Only new Unused items can be Returned.
Used items or items *SOLD AS IS* cannot be returned.

If you receive the wrong item, Return shipping charges may be credited if sent back by Mail via, USPS or Canada Post using lowest cost service.
